Tidewatch Empire

Tidewatch Empire is a slow-burn strategy game about managing harbours, trade routes, and the constant threat of storms. You juggle resources, decide which islands to settle, and try to keep your little empire from overextending. It rewards patience, which is rare for a mobile strategy game.

I appreciated that it doesn't pester you to come back every hour. You can play a long session and plan several turns deep, or dip in briefly and still feel like you made progress. The map is clean and readable, and the tutorial does a good job of easing you into the systems.

It can get a touch repetitive in the mid-game before the bigger decisions kick in, but if you like weighing trade-offs on a tiny screen, this one's a keeper.
